Work spanning the years 2015 through 2017
In my sophomore year of college, I landed my first job in graphic design in the Theatre and Dance department of Wayne State University. I was responsible for nearly all design work that came out of the department promoting shows, concerts, program outreaches, and more. This included ~10 resizing and reorienting of each ad for separate news channels and marquees, giving me my first experiences with vector design.
All logo marks and creative direction was mine. The T&D logo was up in the air at the time, but in the years since, I've seen my rebrand idea files have become the department's formal brand, including their T&D@W logo, type styles, color placements, etc.!
If I could go back I would change things with my knowledge of hierarchy and proximity. In the meantime, here are some of my favorite bits that stand the test of time that came from my 18 year old self.
Zombie Parade Flyer

Zombie Parade Flyer, 2015 | This was made for print to hang around campus and advertise the CAT's "Zombie Parade", an event meant to both liven up campus and recruit/advertise the Theatre and Dance program at my university.
Group Offers Trifold Brochure

Group Sales & Offers Brochure, 2016 | This trifold brochure was created to send to faculty, long time sponsors, and other interested parties, advertising the plans in place for the upcoming year. Since T&D had multiple theaters and programs running simultaneously, it was important to distinguish plans, projects, and the new inner workings of subscription based attendance.
Double Sided Clip Mailer

Double Sided Subscription Mailer, 2016 | This was a mass mail piece, condensing information from our trifold brochure, meant to be easy to read, clip, and subscribe.
